Work, work, work my dad’s advice to me. He always had a job. Or two. Or three. He never could just keep his advice to himself. And that’s why the first thing I did when I got out of school wasn’t work. It was to start a business. I got my friends together and we started a graphic design company. I am a great artist and my friends are great with computer graphics, marketing, just about everything under the sun.

Well I guess we were just young and naïve. I couldn’t even tell you exactly where we went wrong. Things just kind of crashed. One day we thought we were doing alright and we had money. Another day suddenly everyone was ready to quit. It just wasn’t in them to do the work it took to keep this business running.
