I don’t know what I did wrong still. They said I got a ticket for “failing to avoid an accident.” I didn’t break the law, the other guy did. I know the law. But when the cop showed up at the scene of the accident he heard both sides of the story and then determined it was my fault that the accident happened. He wrote me up a ticket and said that I could protest it if I wanted at court.

So I tried that. It sounded like a good idea. Instead I found out that my argument was just as worthless in court as it was when the cop told me I got the ticket. The judge said I had admitted fault at the time of the accident. Therefore I can be held accountable for it.

I simply don’t have the money to pay for this right now. I paid for all the repairs on my car already which cost quite a bit. My insurance rates are going up and I have no credit. I found car title loans in Tucson, Arizona online though and it was easy to apply for a loan. The auto pawn was what I needed.

I still think that there is no justice. This isn’t justice, this is highway robbery, pun intended.
